Bad service

My brother has gone to Northlink college to register for N3 electrical. Yesterday we were told that he should come back Thursday as they are only taking new applications. Then someone else told us to come back this morning and everything will be completed. Today we were told that we should come back next week monday and he will be accepted if there is place. Bear in mind that he has already paid the deposit but he is still being refused even tho the other students have not yet made payment. This issue has to be resolved before this week is over and I wish for Mr.Snyders the HOD of Belhar campus in cape town to contact me ASAP as this is honestly unacceptable. Being told different things from different people who work for the same institute is completely ridiculous. Nobody thinks of the petrol one has to drive out or where the money is coming from. One cannot simply drive up and down because people don't have their facts straight. I swear if this issue is not sorted out before the end of this week.. I will surely go to the media and education department with this matter.
