Bad service
After applying online for a correspondence course I proceeded to send all supporting documents as requested. I received a mail from them stating I was accepted for the course and I waited. After further requests for info I was informed I would need to register on the 31 August at there Goodwood campus. Asking how long it would take I was told about an hour. Taking off work and arriving there I had to wait 10 minutes to be told that I had to have all my supporting documents with me. I informed the gentlemen that I had sent them in as requested by mail and had received approval. This did not seem to matter he wanted to see them. If that is what is needed why does Northlink not communicate it like this on there website. Why is peoples time wasted . I find it frustrating that a correspondence course should have to be registered in person when many tertiary institutions can do this on line.<br> I did not get my registration completed as no one there could assist me I find this very bad service and would like to warn future students that North-link college is unprofessional and from what I have seen the day I was there are not customer focused but rather think they are doing you a favor .
