Assignment misprinted/ lack of management

I have registered for 2 subjects, Industrial Electronics N2 and Engineering Science N2. So the first time I saw the assignment the second question had a complete missing figure, that means I couldnt answer that question at all. Then I drove back to the campus to tell them of this problem. They did not even know there was a mistake on the paper. Now the second part of the SAME assignment also has a figure missing which means I cant answer that question also. Its unorganised and costs me a lot of money for their mistakes driving back and forth to fix the assignments. There is obviously no one checking that the papers are correctly set up? Please help me to sort this out.
