7 months still no Diploma

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I finished my studies of Travel and Tourism at Northlink College Tygerberg in 2012. After waiting until last year to receive my N5 and N6 certificates so that I can send all documents through to the DHET to receive my Diploma, I was finally able to do so in November 2015.</p> <p>I was told by Betsie Mouton that it takes a while to process as they were busy with the June 2015 exam results. It is now June again so I assume that the DHET is still busy as I have not received anything yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>In response to a prevoius complaint on this site, a student was instructed to contact the DHET her/himself to follow up on the process. I would love to do that myself, but unfortunately after asking several times I was told by Betsie that she can't give me the details of the person I need to speak to as they do not answer their phones.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to get this sorted asap and would appreciate if someone can please assist me in sorting this out asap.</p> <p> </p>
