5 years and STILL waiting for certificate

<p>I completed my NQF Level 4: Financial Management course in 2012 , I am STILL waiting for my certificate. </p> <p>Further education colleges have rejected my applications to study further due to no original certificate from Northlink College -Protea Campus. </p> <p> </p> <p>The excuse i've been getting for the past 5 years is: There is a back log at the department of education. </p> <p> </p> <p>IVE HAD ENOUGH-PLEASE HELP! </p>
