Highly disappointing and dishonest
Been servicing my car for years with them and was happy enough. When my aircon stopped working, they said my condensor needed to be replaced. With blind trust I allowed this. 12 months later, same issue...condensor needs to replaced again. I paid them R6000.00....I have been with them since 2022 and they knew I had a Toyota extended warranty. They did not suggest I went back to the dealer, instead replaced the condensor and now 12 months later, I cannot claim under my warranty as they did not use genuine Toyota parts. When I tried to call Brenden, the owner on the 8th of October, he did not answer and has yet to return my call. He told me it is normal to regas an aircon every year and did not seem to think it would be a problem to charge me for yet another condensor in the 12 months..... On another note, I serviced my car with them and went on a holiday to Mozambique...en route fuel filter light comes on (should the fuel filter need to be replaced straight after a service????).....Went to go replace it and the service centre was shocked to see that this was a recently serviced vehicle.
