What are you paying for? Did you get the service you deserve?

On the 8/02/2021 I took my car, a 2011 Mercedes C180 for alignment-(R450.00) however despite the adjustments the car still pulled to the left. I was then told to buy 2X Castor & Camber bolts (R738.00). Why? the car already had these bolts and they only changed one. Despite their attempts, the car remains the way it was prior to me taking it to them. So what exactly did they do to solve my problem other than give me more unnecessary expenses???
