Total **** IMHO

The staff here are highly *********** and thinks that because we're not a mechanics that we have no idea what's going on.

They neglected to inform me that break discs was defective when they serviced the vehicle and subsequently cost me the full amount to skim and replace break pads a few months later. When it came to getting the parts replaced due to their negligence, they made me pay the full amount again and instead promised free wheel alignments in the future. ***? Meanwhile we have to keep coughing up cash.

Not to mention that I had to constantly phone them after the staff said that the manager would get back to me within 24 hours. It took me a full week to get hold of him. And apparently in this modern day and age a broken phone line is an excuse not to inform the client about delayed delivery times.

They definitely wont see me again which is sad after seven + years of good service.
