Pathetic

Walk into reception and get no acknowledgment from anyone there (neither receptionist nor salesperson). No other customer besides me present. I stand at the counter waiting to be served. Salesperson talking to workshop staff. Continues to talk to the staff member - ignores me completely - not even a “hello Sir, please give me a minute” - nothing. White female customer walks in. Owner follows in shortly and proceeds to attend to her. No acknowledgment from him of my presence. I walk out without anyone even attempting to assist. After leaving I called to get an explanation and received the lamest excuse that it was an exceptionally busy day for them(just to be clear, as I mentioned before, not a single customer was in that office while I waited). If not blatant ****** then one of the worst cases of service…sorry, non-service to a non-white. Will NEVER go to that business ever again. Pathetic!!
