Northgate Post Office not operational

I have for the past two days tried to collect an overseas parcel. The first day there was no power (not load shedding) and the doors were closed, today there was no power (not load shedding) and the doors were open, with only the staff inside. I was told the centre management cut the power. I called them and they said it was not them, the Post Office needs to get an electrician to see to the problem. Tried to call the Post Office head office, but the phone is still ringing after 5 hours. How do we get hold of our overseas parcels?
