Poor cs

So me and my family been trying to survive two weeks until we move in our apartment tomorrow... We been struggling trying to pay the room fee but by the grace of god we been making it happen so the problem is I'm being harassed for 30$ when we don spent like 500$ on this room... The wife of the manager here worked a deal for us so we can stay until tomorrow at 5pm and just bring back the money so the manager called my room at 8pm asking when we will have the money I tell him the deal that his wife worked out for us and he says he can't work the deal but u still took our money on top of the manager was real rude to me on the phone while I try to talk and reason with him... He was talking so loud and over me till I hung the phone up and went to the office to talk face to face turns out he was even nastier to me and treated to pit us out after we done paid him 90$... This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at!!!
