swearing at me

On the 25/10/2015 handing in our skates at the ice rink and getting back our shoes I noticed the strap of my 3 year old shoe wasn't on her shoe. When I politely asked for the strap, one lady staff member cheeked me with the time she got there so how should she know where it is. There was no strap in sight, as soon as the manager came so did the strap appear in front of my feet. What a coincidence. He said he could show me video footage but when I went to the control room there was no cameras on the side where the incident took place. I asked home not to bulldust me and then he started shouting at me and looked as if he was about to attack me in front of my 3 year old. He swore at me and when he came down to the public my sister confronted him and he began to swear at her. I demanded the owners contact details and the staff refused it me. The manager however laughed at his behaviour and thought it's a big joke. Instead of being civil and apologising by just putting the shoe strap in my hand, he had to be barbaric about a simple dispute that could've been professionally resolved. The manager refused to give me his name. The worst experience I've ever encountered. NO CLIENT SERVICE.
