Rates PER session please

Completely dissatisfied and **********. Took 4 kids to iceskate this morning which cost R460, nevermind the money spent at the kiosk when inside. We got there after 11, on the ice by 11:30 only to be told to leave at 12:30 as it was the end of the session. Now the lady at the cashier mentioned nothing about the fact that we only had an hour left for R460. I am aware of sessions as we have attended some birthdays at this ice rink in the past and have NOT had to leave, spent a few Saturdays there.....we were the only ones there today, nobody doing anything and were refused to go back on the ice unless we paid another R460. The poster has session times but does not mention anything about rate PER session. The manager simply said that the cashier should have said something, why not put it up in writing by the cashier?????????? He simply shrugs...doubt he is the actual manager.... such a shame since the kids were actually really enjoying themselves....
