Poor service

First time home buyer,recently bought a two bedroom and bathroom at Northgate height. Im very disappointed with my purchase,I truly regret ever buying with them. It would have been better to even spend more and have peace of mind and buy with Balwin Properties.

1. I has a roof which was leaking and had mould all over it and it took them six months to fix the issues.

2.Half the things on the snag list have never been fix its been 10months now.

3.The lights in the bathroom stopped working,to my surprise,they can not be purchased at any hardware store,i had to send an email to inform someone to the get the people to come have a look ,then order the light bulb ,needless to say its been months and still showering in the dark.

4. The last straw has to be the advertised appliance that you get with the purchase of the home. I choose a fridge,which has yet to be delivered 10 months down the line. My frustration is not even with the fridge being delivered (i have a fridge),its the rude and mouthful email I received back when i enquired about the clarity on the value of the fridge,why it had to be 4000 instead 1000. They ate rude and unhelpful. I have been nothing but patient with them but I have had enough.
