Northgate height selling this wonderful world class places to live with the promise of a restaurant a body corporate and luxurious 294 units creating this wonderful dream. What a joke , so you pay R8500 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a place that has NO BODY CORPORATE and by law you are required to have a body corporate and then the restaurant is non existent and even better than that you live in the four story block and by law there must be fire exthinguishers which there is but guess what they are not maintained some of them are empty so indirectly the owners of this fabulous place is putting the lives of their tenants at risk on a daily basis. Besides that electricity is outsourced to Protea Metering and what a ***** up that is .

Be advised NEVER EVER rent or buy a place at northgate heights in northgate . Remax you are *****ing with peoples lives here
