Northgate Heights is appauling

Afhco & Northgate Heights is the worst property management company ever, they expect me to pay for a fine that they miraculously made up, a fine that just showed up on my billing statement but was never issued to us weather via email nor the app. No one seems to know who must handle the query, the security, the building manager and body corporate are sending us from pillar to post hoping we will pay the fine. A gentleman by the name of Braam (Afco representative) also suggested that we just pay the fine when we know nothing about it, Lawrence the building manager is clueless of their processes and everyone else including the security don't know how to handle this query. There's cameras at the gate yet there's no footage of the said occurence, these guys are straight trash
