Steer Clear from Northern Wholesale Tiles (NWT)

Pity there is no negatives or zero ratings on Hello Peter. I secured over 500 squares of sand tiles in April for my newly built home for it to arrive from Spain completely green and miles apart from the sample in the showroom 4 months later. This observation was acknowledged by the owner and sales staff, but they left it there. All other house finishes were based around this tile and needed to be changed, causing massive time losses and monetary costs. The owner Mike was completely arrogant and dismissive, no client centricity, could not find a replacement tile and refused to pay the bare minimum - toward the massive cost difference that their mistake cost us, never mind accomodation costs because we are unable to move on time. We eventually found a replacement tile from Tilespace, who actually care about their customers. NWT has no Quality Assurance when tiles arrive at their showroom and take no responsibility for their obvious mistake. Do yourself a favour, clients, builders and decorators, and do not consider their excuse for a service.
