We owned a house in Brackenfell in the north of Cape Town. We trusted NS Rentals to be the property agency. He was very nice in the beginning until you fully trust him. He collected the deposit and collected the rent. After a few missed payments we followed up only to find out he was actually collecting money and not paying it over to us. He is ************* and has disappeared with 3 months of rent plus 2 months rent for the deposit. We have sent him letters of demand but he is just not interested and continues to do his property rental business. Meanwhile we are swimming in debt. Property owners in the northern suburbs please be aware of this wolf in a sheep skin.
