No Rep to quote the factory move and wrong sent to do it. No response and no refund.

Be aware of Norther Rigging in Cape Town. We contacted them regarding our factory move and Peter Flandorp said that it would be adequate to send pictures and measurements of the machines we needed moved. The rigger came out with the inappropriate equipment (no Fork lifts or other equipment to load and off load on the other side) and therefore could not move the machines at all. Telephonically we were told to borrow a forklift truck whilst they were there which is totally the wrong way to do business. The rigger (who agreed with us on the matter at hand) left an d we heard nothing about it. We paid them foolishly upfront. We paid the amount of R6700.00 in good faith. We have tried everything from continuous emails and phone calls but have had no answer after 3 weeks now. Directly afterwards both mobile and landline numbers seem to have blocked our calls as there is a short ring and then engaged signals. We have tried emails and to no avail. We keep trying. We are a small company and this has hurt us badly. Please be warned about Northern Rigging Cape Town.
