NORTHERN POOLS *********** AND **********

I called in Paul from Northern Pools, who I have been using for probably 20 years, to fix a swimming pool which was sucking in air from somewhere.....he indicated i needed a new pump which he installed and i paid about R6000 for ...he came by to check something and he noted that the pump was still sucking in air. this was before Xmas and he said he woud come back in a month to fix it. he said just keep the pump off. i said that this was unsatisfactory so he did a quick bypass of the now real problem from the start....a crack in one of the pipes. I called him at the end of February.....Oh yes he said he was coming!!!! He did pitch up said that he would now have to replace a pipe and that i wod ahve to pay for this and to save money he said i couold dig and expose the pipe. So this .....con artist wants to now charge me several more grand to fix the original problem which he failed to diagnose. I must pay for his mistake. He has lost me a a long time customer. be warned this guy is a *****. I called him to try to resolve the problem and he told me to get stuffed (?) and put the phone down....BE WARNED DON'T USE THIS GUY!
