Go here if you want to have a chat to someone, not to have your keys sorted

Took my car key to them for assistance as my immobilizer was giving problems, general service was good, they are friendly. They checked the key and told me that they can confirm it will work and that it has signal, they never even replace the new battery I had in the remote but gave the remote back without a battery inside. Luckily I did not pay for this service as low and behold it still did not work. While I was there the only other customer who came in came to complain about his key that was cut incorrectly so I do not think ill be going back any time soon.
