Northern funerals is a ****!!

We made full payment of a tomstone on the 6 june 2020, and receptionist told us they will deliver after 6 weeks. 6 weeks has lapsed and to date we are sent from pillar to post about the tombstone and we are told stories about covid. We escalated the matter to the business owner and daugther who were extremly rude and when we demanded a refund were told they dont do refunds. Alwys they keep telling us that a delivery will be made next week, thy take no pride in the services they provide, neither do thay respect their customers and dont take them serious. The were no updates, we constanty had to cal thema and the manager winnie even had a liver to hang up on us when w paid full cash for the tombstone.

stay away from northern funerals , their services are pathetic and they have no business ethics!!!

both the manager and the owner hanged up on us- and the receptionists claims she doesnt know the owner but yet they were able to go chow our money for a service they had not provided! Polokwane and mokopane branch- Very pathetic!!!
