I don't recommend anyone to use Northern Funerals. We bought an expensive tombstone at their Phalaborwa branch and gave them all the information that needs to be written on the tombstone, after they installed the tombstone we then realized that there was a spelling mistake on the righting of my father's name, we contacted them and we were told that there's nothing they can do. As a customer I have a right to complain if I'm not satisfied with their service because I've paid them full amount.I wish people can check their reviews before buying anything from them
