Northern Funeral (other name Kae Kapa Kae Funerals)

I bought tombstone from Northern Funeral (other name Kae Kapa Kae Funerals) and they installed the tomb stone that feel within a day. I contacted them and informed them and they promised to come and fix the problem and after two months when I followed up they said they can not be held liable as the tomb stole might have been damaged intentionally by merely looking at the picture that I have shared with them.
