MARKETING UNDER FALSE PRETENCE...

The worst service ever and disrespectful employees. I saw a huge promotion signs written "10% DISCOUNT ON ALL TOMBSTONES" both outside and inside the building when I visited Bochum branch on the 09 October 2021. I went in and chose the tombstone I liked all was good till I asked about the 10% discount claimed by them on their walls, then the two ladies working there said to me is not applicable. When I asked why they just said even if I visit their other branches such as Polokwane and Mokopane branches the promotional signs are still there but the promotion is not applicable any longer. I asked why the signs are still there as they should be removed according to my understanding of the Consumer Protection Act pertaining to promotions of goods/products and/or services. If not this means the business is marketing under false pretence, which means they are lying to all their prospective clients. If it's a marketing strategy is not acceptable and should be punishable by all means as it needs to stop altogether. Our rural people cannot be taken for fools, thinking this can just go unnoticed and unreported.
