Lack of communication

I paid up tombstone in February and they said they will come and install after 6 weeks of payment, and it happened that they call me towards end of much if not mistaken thay called me on the 27th saying it will be installed on the following, we asked for them tho postpone since the chosen person to be there when they install it wasn't around (uncle). And the Northern lady said it will be end of April so I informed my uncle to go home towards end of April... I tried to get a date from Rose who is being assisting me from buying tombstone in zebediela... She doesn't give me answers on when are they going to install I even asked for the numbers of the person who will be installing she said they're not allowed to share that information to customers she says they don't have customers complaint department 😭😭😭😭
