Disgusting service

I was looking for a company that makes tombstones at a reasonable price. But because of my work i was unable to do the looking myself. So i asked my mother to do that for me. She did and found northern funerals affordable in terms of tombstones. She called me and i make time to go and view their tombstones i was happy and their tombstones looked nice and they were affordable. So i told the reception lady that ill be back month end. As i promised i went back chose a tombstone. Asked the relevant questions as any customer would, like when will it be delivered? is there delivery cost? How long will it take for them to deliver. Mind you it around end of october the reception lady was nice and helpful because they wanted my money. She was like it will take 6 weeks for them to deliver, so i asked why so long then she said because of orders. I didnt have a problem because i knew i would take leave when they come at the beginning of december. Then to my surprise the lady calls me in around november saying they gonna deliver the next day. I was like ddnt you say in december because im not always available thats why december suited me because of my leave. Then she became rude saying that if i dont want it the next day then ill get it next year...rudely so as if shes doing me a favor. Then she said they will deliver in december but before christmas i said ok its fine. December came no contact nothing to inform me of whats happening. I had to call them then the reception lady said the people that makes tombstones are close they open in january then i asked her why wasnt i informed as a paying customer, because i dont owe them anything...she became rude again as usual said that i refused them to come and deliver the tombstone in november so its not her problem. But that wasnt the agreed time. Since 2day nothing is happening i even send my mother to go and asked them whats going on as i dont get time. She asked for the manager/ owner’s number they gave her one of the employees number so they can make a fool of her and me... when i called the number they pretended as if the line is bad while i hear laughs and giggles in the background someone mentioning my surname while they laughing. Im disgusted and very angry by the way we are treated as if we owe them money....
