Worst service at Northern Academy - End to end. Appalling

I have never received such repeated bad service from on institution by all stuff. I am disappoint and if I had the powers would close the school down. 1. The transfer process from Curro Riverside was a nightmare sure to lack of responses form the Northern academy team, I even had to escalate to head office to get my child transferred. Which eventually happened. 2. We drove up to Polokwane to go drop the child then we had to start the whole admin process from scratch, and that too half a day - disorganized admin team. I had to remind them a few times that I was still at there. We were refused access in to the hostel to see what it looks like and I understand why because from the pictures I saw and videos when calling my child, that place looked like "emziniwe zinsizwa" and not a girls hostel. 3. 8 weeks later my child got infected with chicken pox and it was badly down played by the doctor. When I called the hostel manager to find out what is going because my child was complaining about pains, he immediately recommended that we come pick her up from from school. She was not okay. The following week we were asked by the class teacher why is the child not at school!!!!. I was shocked at the admin process but now getting used to the micky mouse business they are running. 4. My Childs marks dropped drastically and and her behavior also changed for the worst (My child is back and her marks and behavior are normal and improving - she loves maths). I immediately ordered a transfer back to the Curro River side and the process was smooth on the Riverside team and the usual bad service from Northern academy. 4. I had over paid on my account and after all had been balanced I was owed R750.00. I am still waiting for the payment of this amount. I have been communicating with Gladys and wow, this lady can BLUETICK. At this point I have no choice but to stop at the school when I am in Polokwane and course a scene. I think they respond better to madness than sanity/politeness. I have been calm but that is not helping at all.

I would not recommend the school to any parent who loves their children and who wants peace. There is no peace and Northern academy. None at all.

I just want my money back please.
