Inaccurate billing

I had a dispute on my account for over a year over an inccorect billing for a lost/ damaged textbook. They billed for the textbook 5 months latter failed to prove it was missing despite us providing feedback the book was returned on 7 November 2024 for a child in Matric. This is somthing which should have been done by December 2024 or if late January 2025.
