Poor customer service

Extremely unprofessional service received from this branch. The sales rep that was "assisting me" had the worst communication skill I have ever come across, the only time I would get any info was if I reached out. He then accused me of not disclosing information when in fact I had informed him twice (once in person and another over Whatsapp) when sent a screenshot of when I informed him on the 22nd of March, he then ghosted me and in the end I wasted 2 weeks trying to get a car. I have tried to find an email address where I can send a complaint, after I had send an email with no response, even though the automated email said someone would contact me in 24hrs. I am seriously disappointed with the level of service received.
