Horrible cashier

I have never felt so little it was as if they doing me a favour no customer service at all the cashiers act as if they own Shoprite one in particular Kgomotso was so rude even went to the extent of telling me that things have changed why am I crying for a greeting I then took the metter to the manager but seems as if she's is obove everyone she was then made to sign a warning because she didn't not show any respect or just human decency.
