wrong information

I recently requested applications for 2018 enrollment for my niece. I completed the docs and sent them back about 3 times due to wring information I've been given by Figure who clearly did not want to assist me. She requested docs from the biological mother which I provided and kept on asking for more information. Today when I went to submit she then came up with another story and she went on and on shouting telling me about how strict the school as if I didn't know that. Eventually she involved her superior who was ready for a fight. The white woman who I believe that she is an administration manager told me to go and look for another school elsewhere. Why was I given wrong information In the beginning?
