Nissan Northcliff did it!!!

I would like to take time to appreciate the great service i recently received from Nissan Northcliff. I went there looking for a fuel pump for a 1999 Hardbody which i expected to be difficult to get for an old model. The branch didn't have the part in stock and the parts consultant (Lucas) did a great job to take time to source it from other branches. He showed great commitment and he didn't even answer his mobile as he helped us. Unfortunately all other branches didn't have stock and we were told to wait for a day until they got delivery. Now the pump was or my pastor who was due to return the same day and he couldn't leave without the pump. That's when Lucas manager sprang into action and managed to get the part delivered in time. The part was delivered late afternoon and we were delayed by the rains to collect it but the two gentlemen patiently waited for us to arrive. Thank you Lucas and your manager for the great service and you showed professionalism at its best. My next car i will definately consider buying it from Nissan Northcliff.
