Mechanic turns the bolt off, uses cable tie

<p>First they lie and say I will need new breakpads with every service. Then they tighten the oil filter to such an extent I need 3 days to get it off with my next service. Then they also turn the bolt off inside my cover plate and use a cable tie instead. - Without telling me! I have to discover this myself!!!</p>
