Bad service

On 11 January we phoned the eye centre to ask for a repeat prescription as requested by our medical aid. The ladies there is so unfriendly and give the impression that they don't want to assist. We also send a email on 27 December... no respond. This morning we phoned again to ask for the prescription. The lady who answered this morning also don't want to help. We urgently need the prescription because it is chronic medicine. Phyllis ********** 959
