Poorest service ever

My car was taken to Northcliff Auto ARC for repairs on the 5th October 2017. When I collected it (Wednesday, 25th October) the sound in the car was damaged and I couldn't play music, use it for phone calls or for PDC. I took it back on Thursday, 26th October 2017 but they could not diagnose the problem. As it is I am still waiting for the dealership to get back to me regarding the dates for bringing it back for assessment and repairs. It is such an inconvenience driving a car without sound, especially when one is stuck in traffic. I miss out on important telephone calls because I cant drive and be using the phone at the same time.

I sent an email on Thursday (02/11/2017), but the email was not even acknowledged by the recipients.
