No-Response No-Answers

Took vehicle to Northcliff Auto mid-May 2016 after warning lights regarding transmission. NA advised clutch had to be replaced then amended flywheel also needed. NA confirmed this was where the problem was. Due to the changed quote, asked BMW to confirm/double check vehicle to ensure this was all that was wrong. Confirmed was the case. Quote R53 00+ accepted/paid. Vehicle back 31 May. Reported that I was not happy with the vehicle in the BMW follow up call. Advised they would follow NA/revert. I heard no more, called NA directly/advised that vehicle not ok as the clutch/gear engagement was clunky & did not feel right at all. NA advised Car in again on 07/06. I specifically asked for it to be fully checked as the engagement was concerning. NA advised you would run all checks again. I collected the car NA advised it had been "reset".

I brought the car through on 6 July 2016 (it had barely been used in July as odo will prove) when warning on the transmission came up. NA advised when I returned from a trip later in June that there was a problem with synchromesh/were trying to source parts. I have been calling regularly since bringing the car back, leaving messages/asking for assistance. Each time I have called have advised trying to find parts/providers will come back to me. They don't. I contacted the Dealer/Principal P Farnworth who advised he was investigating & would revert on 27 Sept. Zero response. NO SERVICE AT ALL. Not what I expect from BMW.
