Incompetence & Bad Service

This Mini dealership used to be my favourite since I bought my car brand new 7 years ago from them.In October 2019 I took my car for routine 120km service and after they diagnosed and checked what needed to be repaired,I was charged R21K which I paid.The car spent 6 days at the dealership.A month later,the car shows warning signs and returned back to dealer,and I get charged an extra R8K which I paid,car spent 5 days at the dealership.Total of 11 days without any courtesy on how I commute daily.In all these repairs I asked for all parts replaced and was told that comes an additional cost,I asked for warranty on work done and was told these were not picked up on the initial diagnosis which I got charged twice in 2 months.This week(9 December) after spending almost R30K in 2 months,another engine warning sign.I reported this to them yesterday and had no make another follow up today and still no reply,no empathy,no customer centricity,It's like they doing me a favour.I am of the opinion,the workshop is incompetence,dealer doesn't put customer first.I have received such shocking service and wish they can learn from dealerships like(Ford Fury Fourways,Land Rover Waterford) who give me 5 star treatment and make me feel like the only customer they have....Sies man,money doesn't grow on trees Northcliff Auto,I pay because I trust your motor expertise,in return you milk customers of their hard earned money with horrific service.Shame on you...As for Bianca,service advisor,you suppose to be a face of the dealer and the less said the better....Still waiting for the customer service quality assurance,this was probably not sent ..Shame on you NorthCliff Auto
