DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BMW NORTHCLIFF AUTO!

I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced dealing with the service department at the MINI dealership. I have not had my car for almost 11 days! - and they STILL have not figured out what is wrong with it. They reassured me the last time that what they were fixing was going to the solution to the problem but they called me again today morning and said that my car is still not working and now they are blaming RATS for a problem with the wiring?! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NORTHCLIFF AUTO, EVER!!!!
