Attention Northcliff Auto BMW: A lock nut is keeping my car locked away!!

I had purchased my Mini Cooper Countryman from Northcliff Auto BMW just over a year ago. It was only when I had taken my vehicle for its first service last month at another BMW dealership, when I was informed that they did not find a lock nut in the vehicle (Problem No. 1). This meant that it had been missing from the vehicle when I purchased it. Following the service, I was contacted via email by a Northcliff Auto BMW consultant, who I then informed of the problem. The consultant did not reply to my email or escalate it to someone who could assist me (Problem No. 2). Murphy's Law eventually got the better of me on 8 May when I found myself in Midrand, stranded because I was unable to get my tyre off my car after a puncture. After waiting for 3 hours for BMW On Call to send a consultant to assist with a lock nut and a loan tyre, they informed me that they had no loan tyres available and that I will have to brave the N1 traffic in order to get home (Problem No. 3). Considering it was well after 7pm, and I was in unfami**** territory, I drove to Fourways with my hazards on. I informed Northcliff Auto BMW the very next day and the consultant informed me that he will see to it that the lock nut is sent to me. It has been just under a week and I have yet to be contacted by Northcliff Auto BMW (Problem No. 4). And so my car stays locked away all because I was not given a lock nut. This is such poor service, as I have been without a vehicle for a week and I can't even get a phone call from Northcliff Auto BMW. Do they really value their customers? And because of this, I want to make it clear that I will not be taking my vehicle for any future services to Northcliff Auto BMW.
