POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AT NORTHERN WESTERN FORD COMPANY

Bad service delivery at its best, take your car at your own risk, I wonder why they still have an operating licence. Bad representative for FORD motor dealership companies, got a breakdown in the morning on my way to work, "COOLANT leaked" fortunately I was close to the dealership I managed to drop off the car. I was later called that there is a diagnostic fee trouble shooting of R995 before they can do anything, which I agreed on to pay even if my car is under warranty as I was desperate to get car fixed. Got a message later in the afternoon that my car is ready for collection, got there at 5pm found my car parked outside. I went in at NORTH WESTERN FORD dealership only to be told that I need to replace oil cooler at a cost of R11000 including other sundries, and I have to pay as this is also not covered under the warranty. I then asked them why you never called to inform me on your findings so that I can plan and come through or something, as I have to now pay a 50% deposit so that they can order the spares, which I cannot do now at 5pm as the parts shops is closed!!!!!! Suggestion from me was then to leave the car as I cannot drive the car without the coolant, I was then told there is nothing they can do as they do not have parking space I should make a plan!!!!!!!! & I should try get the parts first, when I get the parts make booking and then bring the car for service. I have never seen such, I had to run around and get 10 litres of water so that I can drive my car to the nearest secured parking lot & leave it there. TAKE YOUR CAR AT YOUR WON RISK!!!!
