No service to paid commuters

Since Monday 16 January the commuters was stuck in Pretoria because no busses were travelling to Hammanskraal. It is such a disgrace to take money from people that can hardly afford it and then they do not get the service. I hear terrible stories about people that slept on sidewalk and got ****** due to not having money to take a taxi home. It is time the bus service get their act together and provide a service they are paid for as it is a parastatal company of the Northwest Provincial Government
