I have a complaint regarding the North West Star Bus Driver by the name of Sarah who drives a scoff number 39 bus going to Senotlelo under the the ownership of Kobus, the bus she was driving goes by the registration of ML 42 WS GP it leaves from Belle Ombre bus station at 16:00. I will attach her picture shortly... She uses vulgar words to passengers, she swears at them and I was a victim today, she swore at me which I felt my rights were violated, we supposed to feel safe but instead we are being violated as if we are not paying for the transport. And what I found disturbing also was the fact that she was wearing a "Putco" uniform (Shirt) while she's working for North West Star Bus (NWS) company.... I hope my matter will be attended to and I hope for a positive response 🙏🏻
