Accident with NWS Bus and No payment made to fix my car

In the beginning of this year, I was involved in an accident with one of the buses from NWS number plate JS 81 LD GP, driven by Enoch Mokwena. After bumping me he refused to stop until I stopped in front of him. He had a mob in the bus who verbally assaulted me. With that being said he refused to give me his information and instructed that I take the bus number plate and see what to do.

I went alone to the police station to open a case, following day I went to the Depot they promised to call me and never did. I followed up at the Mabopane Depot where he reports, case was not even open at police station by him, which he did a week later. Lying saying that I bumped him instead. It would make me happy because even their insurance company refused to pay me and stopped taking my calls. I need help with this case
