Worst service ever - solar

North West Secure installed 6 Lithium SA 555 watt solar panels on my roof in October 2023, in the week I had a company to come fix my solar complaint only to find out these six panels were placed on my roof but never connected to my system. I was informed that if they did connect the panels to the existing system, the inverters would have gotten damaged as the load would have been too much.
