North West Pools & Covers Bad Service

Paid for a pool shell to be supp**** by this company for R35k which I only paid a R30k deposit until pool be delivered. 3-4months the owner just makes excuses and dont deliver promise after promise all on record. This pool needed to be installed at my client before the end of May 2019. He doesnt answer my calls or messages. I opened a case at SAPD for theft and ***** against them and went to my attorney to sue
