Northwest Nissan
In the month of December 2019 I took my car for a yearly service at northwest Nissan. I waited for 4 hours in the rain for a pick up for me to collect my car after the service. I was told to confirm if they can go ahead with fixing a windscreen chip and I would pay for it, I advised them to go ahead, they advised me that they will place stickers where they fixed the windscreen. I knew of a chip that was on the windscreen and to my surprise the was no sticker where the chip I know. Northwest Nissan then promised to fix the chip at no cost I was suppose to meet up with Grace on the 25th of January 2020 to fix I, she sent me a what's app message stating that she is using trains and they are giving trouble, so she will call me on Monday and come to me. I work at a call center, I cannot answer my phone during working hours, when it suits Grace she can contact me via what's app, I don't know what else to do, where should I take my car for service, at Melrose because that is where I bought it and I received 5 star rated service? It is far from where I work or stay, the service I received at Northwest Nissan is nothing short of disappointing and shocking. they will call me at a time that is convenient to them and not solve the problem. I wish I had a car from a different company. I did not even mention the fact that after I took the car for service the malfunction symbol has been on, yet the car was serviced. Can someone put me out of my misery?
