Do not recommend!
<div>Very unprofessional and received horrible service. Firstly they arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time, and then they broke my table during the move. They will *** to you and tell you the price you pay includes insurance, but when they have to pay, it’s a completely different story. I would definitely not recommend!!! Please save yourself the hassle of having to follow up only to be met with rudeness.</div>

13 Jun 2023, 21:46It is good to learn to be honesty and tell people the truth always,please if the table was broken why you didn't provide the proof to us,,why we don't have the pictures of the table,,,2 hours late it's not an issue there are natural delays of the road like traffic,accidents ,,weigh bridges since we using a truck not a small car,,I consider this review as hate speech,,please Google our company and you can get more reviews more than 70 different companies that we have work with and different clients as well ,,,including government projects and more big companies like Mukuru with traceable references we Transport them every week etc ,not even a single complain,,we have started Transporting 2010 upto now,,if we really bad we should have more than 50 bad reviews for the past 12 years.
When it comes to insurance we can't claim what we don't have ,the quotation says you covered for fire,theft,accident and hijack,,it is every client responsibility to wrap and protect his/her furniture and we can help with packaging and wrapping because we not responsible for whatever happens in the truck when the truck is moving besides what stated on the quotation,,,
We also running business,,we can't be in the business of buying new properties to everyone we Transport because their furniture is not wrapped because they know they got insurance they can claim noo,,it doesn't work like that.
