Dangerous

TERRIBLE. AND DANGEROUS. Do not use this company. Jimmy is inappropriate and unprofessional. He sent me inapropriate messages on my personal phone in the evening after loading my property which made me feel unsafe. He charged me for insurance. They broke my TV and he then informed me that there was no insurance and accused me of breaking my own TV. He claimed his driver saw me broke it and then changed the story that the broken TV was too big and they loaded a smaller TV. His story changed daily. Initially on day of delivery his driver held my property for 6 hours refusing to offload because Jimmy did not pay him even though I had paid him the full amount quoted. The driver held my property and threatened to leave with it unless they received a payment. It became hostile and dangerous. They only offloaded because we called the police. Due to this my property was hastily and carelessly handled and offloaded. The driver refused to do a proper inspection and handover and just left. I am now forced to proceed with the ombud to seek a resolution. When communicating with Jimmy he was inappropriate,**********ic, rude, unprofessional and *********. He them stopped communicating with me. Please do not trust him. He is not reputable and he is *********.
