TELKOM..WHAT A JOKE....

<p> </p> <p>On 20 May 2016 I received an SMS from Telkom advising me that my new Modem was being couriered to me and that a Telkom technition will be at my premises within the next week to replace my old modem with a new one.</p> <p>The new model did arrive a week later on 26 May 2016 BUT to date NO technition has been to my premises to instal the replacement modem. For three days now I have been trying to get in touch with SOMEBODY at Telkom to attend to this. Nothing further has been heard from Telkom........"so whats new !.....</p>
